I visited Paris in January with my friend for 5 nights and we decided to stay at this hotel for it’s location as it’s within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and there is a metro station right outside the hotel which was amazing. ||Our room was so nice and clean (cleaned daily) and it it had a clean aesthetic which I liked. The room was small but it was perfect for what we needed it for and everything else about it was great! The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing and the view was pretty. The only thing I could have asked for was a fridge but apart from that it was perfect.||The staff were exceptionally nice and were always happy to help with anything we needed and even booked us at the restaurant we wanted to go to I especially wanted to thank Stephany for being so so kind and friendly to us during our stay, she recommended some amazing restaurants and was just always so happy to help with any of our queries.||It was also my friends birthday on the trip and they brought us macrons up to our room which was so kind!||I would love to come back to this hotel on my next...
Read moreWe stayed 3 nights at the end of our European Coach tour that ended in Paris. It was an easy 20-40 minute walk to various sights ( Eiffel Tower, Hotel des Invalides, the Louvre, Musee d’Orsay). We did have the breakfast at the hotel one morning but decided to pick up fruit and yogurt for our other mornings instead. So many cute brasseries and cafes that made stopping for wine, coffee and a meal/ snack part of our daily routine. We found a little grocery store a few streets over to pick up snacks for our room. The room is indeed small, but we found if we designated spaces we could easily make it work. We faced the street but didn’t notice too much noise, although the trains run a half a block away and do rumble. The hotel was very quiet given the close confines of the rooms. The shower was decent and I felt you had the most elbow room there than in the bedroom. This room is definitely more that enough for a single person. For a couple or 2 singles, I would think you need to be comfortable with small spaces and being good with little...
Read moreWe had a lovely stay at this hotel last June, before the very busy season started. We chose this hotel as it was directly on a beach in the French Riviera, which wasn't easy to find. There were many hotels in old towns that had views of the water, but this location was special. We splurged and got the room with the extra large covered balcony and were glad that we did. The views were just amazing and we were much comfortable on a private veranda vs down by the crowded pool. Because of the location, it is not in a city center and no restaurants in walking distance. There is a supermarket and a bakery up the road. We did one night at the onsite restaurant and were not impressed. It's romantic but food was just ok. We drove (good parking) and visited several Michelin star restaurants in nearby towns. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and had omelette and crepes made to order in addition to a continental buffet with fresh baked bread. The only hiccup we experienced was that they didn't have decaf coffee. We would...
