Le Zoya BRUNCH & DINNER — Restaurant in Paris

Extremely disappointed 😞 I had pretty low expectations for this place to start, but everything from food and drink to decor was just so disappointing. I ordered the brunchy and my partner the Zoya mood, we also shared a smoothie. Both plates looked more or less like the photos, but both plates arrived cold and tasted like frozen food that'd been cooked in a microwave. The smoothie was mostly milk and the waiter couldn't tell us what fruits is contained. Most other the other clients were teenage girls, which makes sense for the price point which is lower than average for Paris.. The decor was also pretty run down,stains on the furniture chips in the marble table tops, and just generally dirty (dirty water glasses and no cleaning of the tables between guests only clearing the plates) All of the staff was friendly but...

I came here today with my wife for our anniversary brunch. We were seated nicely however when it was time to give our order the staff would not look over to our table and pay no attention to us we were seated for 20/25 minutes before a staff member even bothered to come and take our order. We ordered Zoya mood and that was delicious tasted really nice. However we ordered two drinks with our meal and didn’t receive a drink throughout the whole meal! We told staff we haven’t got our drinks still didn’t get anything. Our meal was finished and we were still waiting for drinks. In the end we left the cafe without having our drinks. The restaurant needs to be cleaned. The walls are covered top to bottom in flies, all over every wall and the air conditioners, it was hard to eat my food because of it. The coffee was the worst i’ve ever had in paris, tasted burnt.

The food was good and the service was fine, but the food was not good enough to make up for the fly disaster in there. While we were inside a resident of the building they are under came in and complained about their garbage making the building smell.

I think the place has potential but would not bring anyone here or recommend this establishment until they remedy these issues. The paint on the wall needs to be retouched, they need to clean it and take care of their...
