McDonald's — Restaurant in Paris

I visited this McDonald’s at Montparnasse and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a Happy Meal for my child. When I approached the counter to ask, the manager told me he had called my number multiple times. I explained that I hadn’t heard it, likely because of the noise and general disorganisation in the restaurant.

At that point, the conversation became a bit tense. He responded by asking if I was calling him a liar, which wasn’t my intention at all. I simply meant that the place was hectic, and it’s easy to miss a number being called in that kind of atmosphere.

To be fair, I understand that managing a fast-paced restaurant, especially short-staffed, is not easy. Looking back, I want to apologise for the heated tone of our exchange, we were all under pressure. I'm sure the manager is doing his best to keep things running smoothly in a tough environment.

So, to the manager: if you read this, please accept my sincere apologies for the tone of our conversation. No hard feelings. Wishing you and your team...

This review is to share a I can't thank Chloe, the manager at the McDonald's in the train station, enough! I came into the store completely frazzled after realizing I had lost my phone in the Uber that dropped me off, and I was about to catch a train. My laptop was the only way I could track my phone, and Chloe's kindness was a lifesaver.

She immediately let me charge my device and, seeing my panic, she offered to step in and speak French for me to communicate with Uber's customer service. Thanks to her swift and compassionate action, I was able to get my phone back just in time.

Chloe, you are a truly good person, and McDonald's is incredibly lucky to have you. Your kindness made a huge difference in what could have been a much worse situation....

Would give a zero for service if possible. Ordered twice in a same day. Initially ordered a happy meal to eat in, table service. I got wrong sauces with my nuggets and my happy meal was missing a toy. I complained to the person that delivered it. The sever didn't even apologise and he basically told me to complain to someone else. For my second order I just ordered McFlurry. Waited 30+min, multiple people got the same Flurry before me, eventhough they arrived later. After 30 min I went to the counter and asked about it. Got told to go back to waiting area. Another 10 or so minutes pass. This time I refused to leave the counter until I get my order. Finally I get my Flurry, nobody even said sorry for...
