Patakrep - La cantine Bretonne — Restaurant in Paris

People here complaining about this place are right to do so. There were 3 people staffing the restaurant. 1 chef, 1 server, and 1 presumably manager. The server was well over worked (and not very friendly because of it), the restaurant was very busy. It took 10 minutes just for them to bring us menus. I've worked in a lot of restaurants and this one is not well run. The crepes unfortunately were also not that great. Mine was way over cooked. The pancake was almost burnt. Flavours were only so-so.
