Beware: One of Your Employees Might Be cheating the Store
Today, 14 Feb 2025 at around 10:00 AM, I queued up to buy a cake at your store. After placing my order, a slim female employee with short blonde hair processed my payment. She entered my order into the register as €20, and I paid in cash with a €100 bill.
She then took some money from somewhere and gave me €70 as change. I stood there waiting for the remaining amount, but she spoke in French, saying something about needing to wait for the cash drawer to open. Then, she proceeded to take an order from the woman behind me and entered it into the register as usual. That woman paid with a card.
Once the register opened, the employee handed me only €10 as change, without giving me a receipt. I believe she was stealing from the store by not issuing receipts and also attempted to shortchange me by €10.
You should seriously investigate this matter, as such dishonest behavior damages both your store's reputation and your country's image by...

While arriving there , I want with my family to have a seat and coffee there, the service guy told us that we need to order first, I asked him gently to give a seat to my grandmother as she is old and I want to order, he unfortunately refused. While ordering the lady was surprised saying that we should get a seat first, at that moment the service guy came and started arguing saying there is no place and you will wait a lot and anyway I m deciding if you will sit, meaning better if you leave.Knowing that there was three empty tables. At that moment, I asked to talk to the manager to have an explanation why we were refused to sit there and he came and gently took finally my order after 15mn wait. I a regular customer as I m travelling a lot by train for work, but I noticed that the service got really bad in here unfortunately this is not representative of Pierre Hermé brand!! Going to a such expensive place doesn't mean having a...

The croissant was quite good. It wasn't as good as the one from La Maison du Isabelle, as there was much less of a crunch on the top, but I definitely still liked it. It was super soft on the inside, and enjoyable to eat
What surprised me was how good the macaron was. Having had macarons earlier, and not being a fan, I didn't know they could be as good as the one I had - Madagascar Vanilla. To be fair, my only other sample size in France is one from Laduree, but of the two, I think Pierre Herme has better ones
Overall, it's pretty cheap, and the quality is pretty solid here - especially the...
