Very good, accidentally ordered too much, but every dish was wonderful. Tripe was tad too salty, but probably just me ! What I liked about the place was that it was like half a market, selling various random things I assume are from Bulgaria? Bought this probiotic night cream made with yogurt and essential rose oil(?)...6.50 euros, totally exceeded my expectations. Very nice place with lovely people. Beware that traditional dishes are possibly not something that everyone likes (I do). Definitely get the thin sliced meat for starters. I had a combination of things for the main course and 2/3 were really good but the boiled meat was a little tough. Still giving 5 stars because there should be more...

Des entrées froides et chaudes (tarator, banitza, chopska salada...) et de véritables plats typiques (kufte, patatnik...) sont proposés sur place jusqu'à 21h30. C'est Sofia a moins de 2000km, et en plein cœur de Paris ! A recommander aux amateurs. Le patron est un bulgare charmant qui saura vous donner l'envie de revenir !
