We went to eat at the buffet. The service was terrible. At first, the server told us there was a promotion because the buffet price had gone down from €24.99 to €19.99 due to low sales at this time of the month. We were 4 people, but he served the Rodizio portions as if they were for only 1 person, even though we were paying for 4 buffets. When we went to pay, the bill was €80, so €20 per person. Logically, each person should have had their own portion of Rodizio.
We asked for water, and it took a long time for him to bring it. The desserts were not included, and he didn’t inform us about this. Fortunately, my friend asked before taking one. Then, he said the card terminal wasn’t working due to internet issues—but he only mentioned it after we had finished eating. We didn’t have much cash with us, and instead of offering a proper solution, he told us to transfer the money directly to his personal bank account. This is highly unprofessional, unacceptable, and could even be considered fraudulent behavior.
We asked for the check, and at first he said he couldn’t print it, but in the end he did after we insisted.
On top of all this, there were mice in the restaurant. When we told him, he replied there was more than just one.
Usually, I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this experience was a total disaster, a waste of money, and potentially a health and financial risk.
Now I fully understand why the...
Read moreFirst, we were thinking that we reserved in one of the restaurant of Rodizio Brazil L’ORIGINAL chain. Arriving at the restaurant, we discover that live music for this restaurant was effectively one guy with a guitar that is singing french pop and world pop songs (not Brazil related songs, that we were expecting from the theme of the restaurant), he was singing way too loud in a very very small space, it was unpleasant and irritating. The Owner was a very tactile person, he comes and hug me (from your back) and touch my shoulder every 15 mins or so, and it's COVID-19 Times nonetheless... The food was not up to the expectations. The Rodizios were not even good. And the guy that serve meats passed only 3 times to our table, my explication is that the singing guy was on the way, and when he comes, he starts cutting what ever he brings with him and putting it in my plate, without asking my permission... The open buffet was not exceptional either, white rice, rice with tomato sauce... The red bean chili was a disaster... They definitely don't speak English, only French and Portuguese. I will definitely do not recommend this restaurant, it was a disaster. A very...
Read moreUsualy i dont do reviews of restaurants, but this one i have to do it for people dont be mistaken. This was the worst gastronomic experience i had in my hole life, and believe me i already hate in several restaurants around the world. If you are looking for a brasilian restaurant this is not the place to be. And giving a star to this place is already to much. They offer you a buffet, and you can see that the rice, beans, salad and others are not fresh, but the worst is when they bring you the called "rodízio" that is nothing what you see in the photos. No picanha, no maminha, no fraldinha, no cupim.. resumed they serve you over heathed lamb, horrible chicken, weird sausages, and peaces of something that look like bacon.. so not tipical brasilian food. A big scam that you need to avoid on your trip to paris, owned by a arabic guy that makes a huge party when you are at the door, inviting you to enter with a big smile and a lot of conversation making you think that this is a proper brasilian restaurant. And last but not least the brasilian waiters and cookers that work there, should be ashame of serving and recomend that kind of food...
