Siseng is, without a doubt, one of the best meals I’ve had in Paris – a true hidden gem! As foreigners, we initially set out to try classic Parisian cuisine, but after wandering around, we stumbled upon this spot. I’m so glad we did, as it quickly became one of my favorite meals ever. Each of us ordered a different burger: the Kai (Fried Chicken Steak), Pork Belly, Agneau (Marinated Lamb), along with their Sweet Potato Fries. While everything was incredible, the lamb and pork belly burgers stole the show. The flavors were so rich and balanced, with meat that was perfectly juicy, tender, and practically melting in our mouths. The sweet potato fries were also deliciously crisp and seasoned just right, making for a perfect side.
Even beyond the fantastic food, the experience was made complete by the warm and attentive service. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and quick to make sure we felt comfortable and at ease. The vibe of Siseng is cozy and modern, with an intimate setting that made us feel like locals discovering something special. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t try too hard but delivers on every level, from food to atmosphere. I can’t recommend this place enough – if you’re in Paris, Siseng is an absolute must for an...
Read moreI had never really understood Asian fusion cuisine but this place definitely hit the nail on the head.
The bao bun and 5 Spice Sauce took me back to childhood memories of eating steam bao buns for snacks after school. The veggies on the burger gave it a nice crunch. I savoured every single bite of that burger. The sweet potatoe fries were soft on the inside crispy on the outside. It came with a sesame seed peanutty sauce that was sweet and tangy. I did not miss the ketchup with my fries or the pickles on my burger. And I love my pickles and ketchup.
This place was so good, it was my good bye Paris meal. We drove from Marseille back to Paris and made sure that we had enough time to pick up a few burgers before they closed. On this meal we had two 5spice burgers and 1 chicken burger. The chicken burger had a nice breading on it that made it crispy but not greasy. The coleslaw added a nice crunch on it and also served as a creamy dressing for the burger. My tummy was smiling after this meal.

Read moreThe place was ok, but nothing more than that. We arrived at exactly 7pm for the opening (which we would suggest because otherwise you will end up queueing), all tables were empty but we were forced to sit at the one right next to the door, freezing cold air blowing in each time someone came in from the outside. The burgers were ok but too expensive for what they were (12€ without any sides at all). The meat inside the pork belly ones was almost made up of only fat, as mentioned in other reviews... The tiny little cocktail was tasty, but for 12€ completely exaggerated too. When having asked for green tea, my friend was brought cold tea with ice cubes, without having been warned about it, even though he wanted a warm one... For the service, the girls were really friendly & efficient, for the two guys, they could have been more welcoming. All in all, I wouldn't...
