I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have discovered this incredible yoga studio that has truly transformed my life. From the moment I stepped through the doors, it felt like I had found my second home.
The welcoming atmosphere and warm energy of the staff and fellow yogis make this place truly special. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with smiles and positive vibes that instantly melt away any stress or worries you may have had before entering.
The instructors at this yoga studio are simply exceptional. They possess an incredible depth of knowledge and a genuine passion for yoga that shines through in every class. They not only guide you through the physical aspects of the practice but also take the time to share wisdom and insights that resonate with your soul.
One of the things that sets this yoga studio apart is the sense of community it fosters. It's not just a place to practice yoga, it's a place to connect with like-minded individuals who are on a similar path of personal growth and self-care. I have made lifelong friends here and have been continuously inspired by the support and love shared within this community.
The studio space itself is spacious, clean, and exudes tranquility. The calming ambiance, with soft lighting and soothing music, creates the perfect environment for relaxation and introspection. The facilities are well-maintained, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect.
If you're searching for a yoga studio that goes beyond physical exercise and truly nourishes your mind, body, and soul, look no further. This place has become my sanctuary, where I can reconnect with myself and find inner peace amidst the chaos of everyday life.
I wholeheartedly recommend this yoga studio to anyone seeking a transformative experience and a sense of belonging. Prepare to be inspired, uplifted, and supported on your journey towards well-being and self-discovery. It's more than just a yoga studio; it's a life-changing oasis that feels like home.

Read moreIâve never felt the need to leave a negative review for a yoga studio before, and I want to be clear that this doesnât reflect on the quality of the teaching itself. However, the overall studio experience was disappointing.
Thereâs no shoe rack at the entrance, so people walk into the bathrooms in outdoor shoes â which also double as the only changing space. This means you may find yourself standing barefoot in a less-than-sanitary environment. I was also surprised to see a large spiderweb hanging from the ceiling, suggesting the space hadnât been properly cleaned in quite some time.
The âŹ3 charge for mat rental is unusually high â higher than what Iâve paid at studios in both London and New York, where mats are typically included or offered at a nominal fee. To add to the confusion, no one explained the mat cleaning process after class, and reception simply told me to hang it back under the âclean matsâ sign. I genuinely couldnât tell whether the mat had been cleaned before or after use, and it left me uncertain about the hygiene standards.
The rental system itself felt awkward â I was even questioned quite brusquely about whether I had returned the mat, as if I might walk off with it. That moment really disrupted any sense of calm or community.
That said, I do appreciate that the staff kindly lent me a pair of leggings due to a packing mishap â a small but generous gesture.
Overall, while the instruction may be solid, the studio environment lacked the welcoming, peaceful energy thatâs so essential to...

I described the person in charge of welcoming the yogis my case that I have already been there but I would really love to check out the other courses so the unlimited offer would be nice. The person started looking at me with a patronising and arrogant way that was quite insulting. She refused me the offer because Iâve been already there once. The last owner was the exact opposite and I really regret such an approach that is sad. Maybe I wasnât as trendy or young as the person in the desk would like.. I am sorry for that. Iâm also yoga instructor so I am quite sensible about all things about yoga teachings. However I will go back sometimes the method is so good.. pity though for...
