The food here was pretty average, couple of mushrooms in a non-descript sauce, some prawns not fried properly, barely battered tempura veg, all pretty underwhelming. Bland forgettable food could be passed off as being unlucky, but the service was horrendous which defined the experience. When arriving we we ushered by some surly guy to a table acting as if he was doing us a massive favour. He fired up an iPad and walked off with zero explanation, leaving us to order a bunch of stuff. Our plates were begrudgingly brought and dismissively thrown onto our table with barely hidden resentment each time, if anything, this bad taste in the mouth from the atrocious service was the only thing with any real flavour. When noticing everyone had huge plates of food it became apparent it was a buffet, (iPad guy didn't lower himself to share this important detail), the paltry offerings we had totalled up to an unacceptable cost which when leaving, the lady up front noticed the disappointment and she did cut the total in half which was appreciated, but the total was still more than a buffet sitting. Don't bother...
Read moreThis place was recommended to me by a friend from Paris so it's less touristy. The theme of the restaurant is an all you can eat/buffet style sushi restaurant where you pay once and you can order again and again. For lunch(12:00-15:00) it's €12.80 for adults or €8.80 for children under 10 year old. For dinner(19:00-23:00) €16.80 for adults or €10.80 for children under 10 year old, dirnks are extra, however, water is free. They have a policy against waisting food, if you don't finish a plate and order more food you pay an extra €2 for each plate that you didn't finish. I belive the policy is mainly in place to deture people from ordering a lot of food and not eating half of it which helps keep costs down. I personally didn't have any problems with this as I found everything I ordered delicious 😋, I mainly had the skewered meat, and fried shrimp/vegetables while my girlfriend had the sushi but we both...
Read moreFor a "Sushi House" the menu options and quality are quite disappointing. Limited Sushi Options, Freshness isn't very good either, For an "All You Can Eat Style" Salmon Sashmi being an additional cost outside of the limited options and their charging price per person, definitely was disappointing and alot of options around the area would've been better. The Skewers were alright, probably one of the highlights to eat there. Everything else could use revision and review through their management levels. The servers express a very unpleasant atmosphere, didn't feel welcomed and felt as if customers coming into their restaurant was more so an inconvenience to them. Gold Star on service speed, food came out quite quick after submitting the order...
