This is a first-rate steakhouse with a solid meat first and second, everything else third vibe. The decor is minimal in the extreme and the service, once you get past ordering off a notepad that has been bolted to the table, is friendly and efficient. With the meat the star of the show for both starter and mains, the only real option is your preferred degree of doneness. Rare does come out very rare, perfectly one step from moving. Side dishes and sauces round out the only options and are very limited. Horrible food and even worse service. The restaurant is basically a fast food restaurant posing as a nice dine-in restaurant. The food quality is terrible; lacking flavor as well as portions. I have attached a pic and you will have look for the meat in the sandwich and even the steak which was their largest size. But worst of all was the service. They have numerous “servers” and they are just standing around but not even once bothering to come ask or check up on your table. The servers also do not have customer service skills. We all wanted our steaks medium, but they all came well done. They realised it was a printing error on their end and replaced the steaks once they saw that it wasn't cooked right. We liked that you order on an iPad, and once submitted, it goes straight to the kitchen, however this is the reason why our steaks weren't cooked to our specification. There's different language options available, and for some reason once we switched to English, it didn't record how we wanted our steaks.
