We visited on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was almost full. The food were generally good.
For appetisers – the leeks were alright and the ajo blanco was really good.
For mains – my partner really enjoyed the fish of the day. While I took the poultry dish. The 1st serving of poultry was really dry and did not go really well with the sauce. I loved the 2nd serving that was stuffed in cabbage, very delicious and flavourful.
For desserts – we took the mousse au chocolat and fig tart. The mousse was good, not overwhelmingly sweet, could be slightly elevated by adding a bit of texture. The fig tart (drizzled with some sort of nut butter) tasted something that my grandmother would make, homely but not very refined for a restaurant.
We weren’t very comfortable that evening as the tables were really close to each other. We were able to hear the entirely of our neighbours’ (couples both sides) conversations.

Read moreI don’t understand the reason why the waitress hasn’t informed us about the next reservation when we start our dinner that the table is available for 2 hours. We made a reservation weeks ago and there was no notice about the available time for the table. Nor when we started the dinner today. She came to us at 9pm saying that they have a reservation at 9pm so we need to leave. We were still having desserts. It would have been even better if she told us when she asked for the desserts🤷🏻♀️. Felt like we were kicked out of the restaurant...
