Thai Time — Restaurant in Paris

Very uncomfortable atmosphere with the woman who hawkeyes the restaurant. It is impossible to enjoy a quiet meal with her hovering over your table. She just stands there and doesn’t leave even when you ask her repeatedly to do so.

Forget it if you want any sauces on the side. She seems to have a major issue with this request. She shook her head, seemed exasperated and literally laughed at us (repeatedly) when we requested soy sauce, hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce. She brought us about a tooth full of soy sauce.

The prices are inexpensive and the serving sizes are small. My husband and I left hungry. We usually always have leftovers when we leave a Thai restaurant. Not the case at this establishment.

I wouldn’t recommend...

Had dinner there this evening. My partner and I shared the chicken satay to start, I had Thai curry with chicken which they did especially for me (the menu displays it with duck only) and my partner had the ‘crying beef.’ (This was quite rare just as a heads up!) We had the set evening menu 55€ with wine and beer with coffees after...total bill 79€ The only thing for us was we got there at 10pm and they closed as soon as we finished eating and we had the place to ourselves...it was a Monday evening, this didn't worry...
