The Frog at Bercy Village — Restaurant in Paris

We went for happy hour to have some drinks and appetizers. Nice restaurant ambiance, and food. Unfortunately, it was clear that the staff was trying to get us out because there was a rugby game, taking plates off of the table while we were still eating. And in the end we discovered that there was no happy hour Saturday. They seemed to forget to put that information on their menu. I asked the waitress and she didn't know if there was happy hour on Saturday or not (not sure if she really didn't know or not...), and either way didn't give us the happy hour discount. She said she'd tell her manager, which is service industry code for "I don't have time to deal with you and my manager doesn't care, so please pay and leave." Definitely won't be returning for...

Very very disappointed with this place went for a drink with a best friend arrived there at 15:00 hrs a guy tell us to sit wherever we want ! Another staff came to tell us that we can’t sit here that this section is still close ok fine we decided to change tables for another one. A waitress came to ask if she can take our order we said two more minutes and the two more minutes becomes more than 50 minutes. And the staff keep talking and walking for nothing but they make as if they never saw our table and they were not fully booked then we decided to go away from there. Place to avoid completely then they will say that they don’t have customers of course well to be honest i don’t recommend this place to have a drink with...

I went to The Frog for a company event, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I was supposed to get a vegan meal, but I basically had to beg multiple times just to get anything. When food finally arrived, I just got a tiny brochette, some plain rice, a bit of salad, and some chickpeas. Meanwhile, I saw they had a falafel burger on the menu, and since others were getting chicken burgers, I asked if I could have it. Their response? A flat-out no. No explanation, no alternative, nothing. I guess that my company paid quite an amount to organise the event in this expensive place and the only thing I had to eat was what I have mentioned above.

They do not care about their customers at all! Absolutely...
