Parisian Hotspot: Le Paradis du Fruit - Must-Try Healthy Eats

We visited Le Paradis du Fruit for brunch and we were not disappointed! First of all, the restaurant itself has a really vibrant, fun atmosphere and the service is incredibly quick to match that. My fiancé ordered a meal that included chicken skewers, chicken tenders, chips and salad, which he thoroughly enjoyed. That being said, this meal arrived somewhat “too quickly” (it arrived 2 minutes following us ordering and made it to the table even before our drinks), so it was clear it had simply just been heated up and brought out. It would have been nice if they had prepared it freshly or at least ensured that the temperature of the food was high enough before bringing it out, as it ended up being tepid. He still really enjoyed the flavours though! I opted for the pancake stack which was delicious! The pancakes were prepared on the spot and covered in Nutella, pistachio cream and fresh fruit. Truly gorgeous! We both also went for virgin cocktails which were equally lovely. Overall, I definitely recommend paying a visit to Le Paradis du Fruit for brunch if you’re in Bercy Village and, if you can, definitely opt for something that’s prepared on the spot for the best experience!

I really like this quarter in Bercy and this restaurant offered plenty of options for different occasions: dining, having a drink or a treat. I ordered the Adam & Eve and chose the soup of the day, the falafels and the vegetables with mushrooms. The falafel dose could be bigger, there were only 3 tiny falafels on the plate; the vegetables could have been served with a more balanced proportion (90% mushrooms and 10% zucchini, eggplant and pepper). The soup was flavourish but it was served a bit cold already. In spite of these details, I enjoyed the atmosphere and I would come back to try other options - I am sure I would give a higher rating!

Un autre serveur me demande gentiment d’aller me rasseoir. »
