This was my second time staying at this hotel although it was my first time paying for it with my own card and that‘s where my main problem was with this hotel. The overall service and stay was fine and lived up to my expectations and also the area is very nice and a mix of quiet but still close to everything (train, supermarket etc). But I chose the option of paying my bill in the hotel and reserving without pre payment (this option also cost more but i still picked it). 2 nights were supposed to cost 320€. The morning of my booking before I even arrived at the hotel they took 450€ out of my account. I wasnt too worried yet i thought okay it‘s a security deposit i am sure when I actually check in in the evening they will just reduce the amount to my actual booking amount which is 130€ less. After checking in then the first shock they just charged an additional 320 on my card. So now in total the charges were 770€ (more than double my rate). They assured me thought that when checking out I would receive the 450 € back. So, when we checked out the man at the counter didn‘t understand me properly and instead of booking the 450 back he just reduced it to 320 (on top of the 320 I already paid). So now I paid the room rate twice. After following up with them they said it would be booked back which 5 days have passed and the money is still not on my bank account. Although I understand that it takes longer to book money accross countries, having such a large amount blocked for so long after my stay (i have never been at a hotel who does that to begin with) I have to say I am very unhappy about it and it kind of left me not wanting to come back even though I thought this would become my go to...

This Hotel is in a lovely area of Paris. With good shops and restaurants just across the square in Bercy Village. The metro stop of Saint Cour Emillion, on line 14 is less than 2 minutes walk away, and all around is well lit and pleasant either night or day. We got an official taxi from Charles de Gaulle airport direct to the hotel, for the set rate of 55 euros. So arrived at the hotel at lunch time after our morning flight. Staff were helpful and had already arranged our family 2 rooms together which was great. I’d gone for a room with balcony and could see the Eiffel Tower out there, which was lovely especially at night when it was all lit. We paid in advance for the additional breakfast when booking the rooms. Which was fresh, good quality and an arrangement of hot cooked food, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, breads, fruit or continental breakfast. Plenty of drink choices of assorted teas, coffees and juices. There was something for everyone. The Hotel booked our return taxi at the end of our stay, and was helpful printing out boarding passes and attraction tickets when we asked for no extra charge. There was good WiFi reception throughout the hotel. It was my 2nd time stopping at this hotel the first time being 10 years ago and it was just as nice as before. We would all...

A comfortable place to stay for exploring Paris. Perfect location, metro station right across the street. New metro line, close to the centre (10-15 minutes), convenient to reach the airport Orly (20 minutes). The neighbourhood is also nice and safe, there are lots of shops in the Bercy village which is a lovely place, also the Bercy park is worth exploring. The rooms are clean and modern, but also minimalistic, just a few hangers and a shelf. The bed is huge and comfortable and nothing bothers your sleep. The Eiffel Tower view from the window was beautiful! Breakfast could have been better, totally the same every day, mostly bread and no vegetables at all. The French cheese was very good by the way.

The location of this hotel is truly remarkable – just a few steps away from Line 14 and a mere 2 kilometers from Gare de Lyon. And if that’s not enough, it’s right in front of Bercy Village, a delightful spot for food and supermarket shopping. As for the room, it’s spacious enough to stretch out comfortably. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel didn’t provide a kettle for tea or coffee in the room. In summary, a convenient oasis with a minor oversight. 🏨☕
