SEPHORA PARIS BERCY VILLAGE — Local services in Paris

Visited on a quiet moment, nobody else was in the store. However, none of the staff asked me if i needed help (which i didnt, but in other stores they at least will greet you or aknowledge that youre there). Small store in comparison to other Sephora stores. All the testers were available and full, which was nice. However, the products and the testers did not line up with each other, so for example if you like a certain color lipstick, it was not stored under or above the tester you used. You have to search the whole display to find the right product. When i wanted to pay, the staff did not speak English, but tried their best to make it work, which i appreciate. Would not visit this store again because of how small it was and because the customer service is better at other...

Came to this Sephora at slow hours so there was barely any other customers, however I was not assisted by any of the staffs. They were just busy chit-chatting with each other, so I helped myself by opening the drawers to take a foundation shade which they did not restock on the shelf. Only then one of the staffs came over to ask me in an irritated manner if I needed anything. After which she told me there was no stock and walked away without further assistance. Une visite décevante le 25/10/23 entre 13h/14h. malgré un très jolie accueil par une jeune fille au très beau rouge à lèvres rouge, le reste est tous simplement décevant venant d’une grande enseigne dans un lieu un minimum animé et convivial.

Un vigile avachie sur les présentoirs qui vous dévisage dès votre entrée.

Des testeurs absents, en outre les teintes noirs qui sont cacher dans les tiroirs où on retrouve les produits neufs. J’ai tiré sur le tiroir où sont rangé les fond de teint too face neuf. Une vendeuse c’est empresser de me le fermer sur les doigts, je le re-ouvre et prends le tester cacao too face qui s’y trouvait caché. Elle a essayé de me l’arrache des mains. Deja que seulement 2 teintes pour peau noir y s’on présent. Ce genre d’attitude est déplacé. L’état des tester est horrible. Ils sont sales avec les reste de produits sec sur les bouchons et packaging. Travaillant à côté au spa. Je ne reviendrais pas dans ce SEPHORA. Un manque de variété de teintes peau noir et métisse. passer votre chemin si vous n’avez pas la peau blanche.
