Horrible Experience – Never Coming Back! This was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the service is unbelievably slow. The waiting time for food is unacceptable – I saw an older gentleman who had already been seated when we arrived, and his beef tartare took over 15 minutes to come out. As for us, the waiter ignored us for about 10 minutes before even taking our order, and to make things worse, he prioritized a couple who arrived after us. When we finally placed our order, we waited 20–25 minutes for our food to arrive. And the cleanliness? Absolutely appalling. The glass I was given wasn’t washed properly—it was still dirty, full of dust, and even had a suspicious spot on it. I asked for a replacement, but that didn’t help much. To top it off, the table itself was dusty, which just added to the unpleasant atmosphere. Now, the food itself? Definitely not worth the wait. The serving sizes are tiny, and the taste is nothing special. We tried the desserts, hoping to salvage the experience, but they were a disaster too. Their profiteroles and other desserts were drowning in chocolate syrup—just an overload of sweetness with no balance or finesse. This restaurant is an utter disappointment. If you’re considering dining here, don’t. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. As a paying customer, I have every right to leave a review—whether good or bad—based on my experience. It is my personal opinion and my right to share it, especially when I encounter poor service or cleanliness. And yes, I am telling the truth—see the attached screenshot for proof. We paid for our food, and as customers, we expect quality, cleanliness, and proper service. To clarify, we are not poor; we dine out frequently and support establishments that meet good standards. This experience, however, was far from satisfactory. Yes, we finished our food because we waited an unreasonable amount of time for it, and we paid for it. But the lack of cleanliness is inexcusable. The attached picture clearly shows how dirty the glass was, with dust and even a visible dot inside. This is unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone one claiming to provide quality dining. On top of that, we arrived before another group, but they were served first. Regardless of group size, arrival time should dictate the order of service. This was unfair and added to our disappointment. Instead of arrogantly dismissing customer feedback, the owner should acknowledge mistakes and work on improving. Criticism isn’t an attack—it’s an opportunity to do better. Other restaurants, like those in Versailles, manage to provide excellent service even during busy holidays, proving that good management and teamwork are key. Until this restaurant improves its cleanliness, service, and attitude towards customer feedback, I wouldn’t recommend returning. Customers deserve better. THIS IS MY REPLY TO THE OWNER

We had 2 plates of steak (EntrecĂŽte) for dinner. They looked good, but when we started to cut, we realised that they were overcooked and bland. Almost no pink colour inside. The meat was tough and impossible to chew. I had to swallow the pieces instead of chewing them. My mom even struggled with cutting the meat into pieces. While eating I also saw the server bringing a plate of steak half full back to the kitchen. I guess another person couldn't finish their steak as well. I couldn't say that I enjoyed the food even though the blue cheese sauce was excellent. The service is good, we didn't wait too long.

First time in Paris This place is beautiful and the food is amazing. The onion soup is wow to die for, honestly back home soups are served small porsions, here soup is like a main course, I ordered a bit too much food the soup and tiramsu was enough for me. Very big porcions. Tiramisu also wow super good. The waiters were very nice and professional. If i ever come back to Paris this is the place I'd come back to. Thank you for the food and servis. Love from Croatia đŸ„°
