I’ve been living near by for 9 months and ate there at least once a week, overall I’ve eaten here 15+ times. First few months in Fall 2017 were pretty good. But quality has continuously gone down. I have very little French, and I also have a stammer, but I felt well looked after by everyone who served us. We'll be recommending Villa Saint-Jacques to anyone who's visiting the city, and will hopefully make it back...
