Wings and Chill 11e — Restaurant in Paris

I recently visited this restaurant and had a mixed experience. I originally ordered a dessert, but was told they no longer had it available. I was offered a burger as a replacement, which was fine, but I was charged an additional €2.40 for the switch.

While I understand that prices can vary, I found the situation a bit frustrating since the dessert was unavailable through no fault of my own. When I asked for clarification, the staff member giggled and seemed to dismiss my concern, which made me feel like my request wasn’t taken seriously.

On a positive note, the burger was decent, but I think there’s room for improvement in how customer concerns are handled—clearer communication and a more understanding approach would make a big difference.

Would consider returning, but hope they improve their handling of similar situations...

Food is appealing to the eye and flavorful to the taste.

We ordered 2 extra hot burgers, regular fries, cheese fries, and 10 traditional wings. To begin with, the food was served quickly, and nice and warm. The burgers were the perfect ratio from bun to chicken and it has a zing. The wings were nice and crunchy. We has the mango habanero and spicy hot aili. Both were excellent, spicy and full of flavor. The staff is not very friendly but the wings are good. The waiting time to order is very long. It’s actually longer than the time it takes to receive your food!!! We tried both their wings and boneless chicken which was just tenders. I do not recommend the boneless chicken. It was extremely oily and very dry. Then wings are very good. Garlic Parmesan was a too bitter last time but...
