XV Burger — Restaurant in Paris

1 order , results averge at best. I ordered the first bruger on the menue. The problem is that a burger join should always have the basic classic cheese bruger to go on and build all these other added flavours. The flavours did not do it for me, too distracting. Did ot finish the bruger or the fries.

Also, the plate which the bruger was served on had these little sauces art 🎨 which were not appetizing. At best 3 (for bruger looks?, maybe) , but will give 2 because I cant...

Cute concept but the burgers left much to be desired; the patties weren't marinated so it tasted flat and boring. I guess the hype is about the cute cartoon themed burgers, but I could just be one of the unlucky few to receive the subpar quality. The milkshake on the other hand was decent.

Also I found a hair on the goat cheese, not sure if it can be seen in the photos, short and curly 😐

Edit: From the past reviews, there is probably a recent price increase to 14 Euros for...

I grew up in Nebraska on a cow farm, I can tell how fresh this meat is. They use very fresh ingredients across the board. The bun was toasted to perfection, crispy lettuce, delicious house made sauce (similar In-n-out on the West Coast of the USA). Really impressed to find some a great burger in Paris.
