Zuzuttomo - Original Ramen Noodles from 日本 — Restaurant in Paris

I ordered the shoyu tonkotsu. The broth was nice but lacked that initial punch, as if you were already halfway through the bowl. It wasn't as salty as ramen can be, which could explain part of it. The noodles are really nice. The egg and chashu were really good, although the chashu was a little small, though I didn't mind too much. The menma, usually my favorite topping, wasn't a highlight in the bowl; its texture was softer than I expected. The gyoza weren't great, I don't recommend ordering them. This is a pretty good bowl, I would recommend it to people who find ramen...

Update after 7months: We recently visited this ramen restaurant again and were impressed once more by the quality of the broth. The broth was rich and light at the same time, making for a delicious and satisfying meal. (Avis reposté puisque subitement supprimé par Google) Ramen plutôt qualitatif mais niveau quantitatif il faudra repasser…. Je crois n’avoir jamais manger autant de nouilles qu’autre chose dans un ramen japonais. Où sont les garnitures ? 5-6 morceaux de cébette se battent en duel… idem pour les pousses de bambou, j’avais littéralement 2-3 petits morceaux dans mon bol. 1 morceau de viande (ok ça c’était prévu), et sinon UNIQUEMENT des nouilles. Le bouillon aussi était en voie de disparition… il remontait à la surface quand le bol est arrivé à table mais en remuant, tout à disparu sous la montagne de nouilles… dommage car l’art du ramen réside dans le bouillon. Le bouillon est bon mais ne ressemble pas à un bouillon de ramen japonais. Il est trop maigre, pas assez épais. Les nouilles sont bonnes mais trop épaisses. La viande est bonne. Point positif pour les gyozas qui sont bons (par contre j’ai vu le cuisiner sortir les gyozas d’une boîte réservée à la vente à emporter, et ces derniers nous furent servis, était-ce un invendu ?). 16 € pour tout cela, pour avoir manger une grosse partie de pâtes, c’est cher payé... J’ai dégusté des ramens au Japon, en Corée du Sud, en Angleterre et cela n’avait rien de similaire. Mes collègues partagent mon avis.
