Social Perk — Restaurant in Rouen

Bad experience!! Visited today based on a positive google recommendation. My daughter likes 'Friends' and thought I would surprise her... Well, I was shocked at the poor service received before I even had a chance to order. For some reason, the member of staff (they know who they are) appeared to take an instant dislike to me. They saw me standing at the counter with a menu in my hand, totally ignored me and and proceeded to serve another customer who very clearly came in after me!!. The said customer gestured towards me, and the member of staff said something to me in an arrogant tone, which I could not understand, as I don't speak French. It was obvious they did not want us there, so we left. Very annoyed and will be complaining officially!! Real shame, as it seems so nice and quirky from the outside, however the vibes and atmosphere not as good as I thought...

As a business traveler, I had the pleasure of visiting this cafe/bagel shop and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The Friends vibe was strong and it captured the essence of a New York-style cafe perfectly. The ordering system was well-designed and allowed for easy customization of bagels and smoothies. The hot and cold drink options were impressive, and I appreciated the ability to customize them to my liking. The atmosphere was perfect for getting work done or just relaxing with a cup of coffee. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, with a Rouennais welcome that made me feel at home. Although it can be a bit crowded due to the place's popularity, it's worth the wait. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious coffee or smoothie with some tasty treats...

We sat down outside and ordered our food, we had two beagles and two salads (9 bucks each and small portions). My sister didn't like the beagle so she went inside(since the waitress didn't see the need to check on us again) to order another but they just sent her away saying they are out of beagles. We waited outside at our table for another 15 minutes hoping the waitress would come outside so my sister could order a salad and when she finally came outside she ignored us calling her only to walk past us to take a smokebrake. Because of this and the ok food I think the Cafè is completely overrated. I...
