Red wines should be exchanged more often… on day 1, I was served a spoiled one and the replacement wasn’t much better either so the wines might be seating in the bar counter for ages now…
Service feels rushed, clients are offered a seat on tables that still need to be cleared/cleaned… and the waiters just walk around, despite busy, not overwhelmed.
However the highlight was in day 2, the discussion between the hotel receptionist and the restaurant manager at the bar!
A family (with children) had just checked in and, sent by the reception, arrived at the restaurant shortly before 22h30 and were denied food! The mother was crying by the bar and the manager continued to deny her service.
To note the restaurant closure at 22h30 - not even a last order was offered in consideration to the children - shameful!!!!
