ACE Smash Burgers — Restaurant in Strasbourg

As a big fan of smash burgers, I wanted to give it a shot here to have a bite. Venue was super busy with customers so staff itself too.

When I wanted to order one staff did not understand me as she probably not able to speak in English then called another staff for me to help me. They were all smileful and took my order instantly.

However, I really did not like the burgers, it was extremely oily, heavy and stodgy also fries was the same. I wouldn’t say it was a bad burger but something was not normal. For 14 euro in this city you can eat much better burger menu.

Owner was so friendly and helpful and I completely understand that it is really hard to manage a store which serves many people besides its small size however I probably will...

Passing by I saw this new place and thought I should give it a try.

Oh man what a revelation!! Tried both of the (meat) burgers they currently make and it was amazing!

The bun was one of the best I ever tried. The burgers cooked to perfection and extremely tasty with a perfect combination of tastes.

Didn't try the fries or the desserts but I for sure I'm coming back for more :)

The only issue I could find ... too close to my house so my diet goes out the window.

Keep this up, add new items and I think this place will have a queue of people waiting...

Had the pleasure of testing ACE when visiting Strasbourg for the weekend. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain their story and menu (all home made). Honestly one of the best smash burgers I've had, both the bun, patty, lettuce and sauce. The combination was very tasty, and the use of high quality ingredients still kept it easy on the stomach.
