Coffee Stub — Restaurant in Strasbourg

We recently stayed in Strasbourg for a few nights and enjoyed an early morning stop at Coffee Stub along Quai des Pêcheurs. They have a small indoor seating area. You can do take-away as well. Opening hours are 8am to 6pm (weekdays) and 9am to 6pm (weekends). Menu features a selection of simple breakfast orders, desserts, coffees and non-coffee drinks.

During our visit we were served a good carrot cake and vegan granola. Americano and Espresso Macchiato were both pretty good as well. Service very friendly, prices reasonable, and overall good vibes in this coffee shop. Would gladly stop here again during future visits...

I’m an American who spends 1/3 of the year in Strasbourg. After years of trying various coffee shops in the past I’ve come to really enjoy Coffee Stub’s coffee. This coffee shop has really grown from their first opening and now serve easily the best coffee in the city. The owner and his staff are friendly, the espresso is consistent and the brunch is always fresh with servings that make you feel respected as a customer. For other American/ foreign coffee fanatics, stay clear of Grande Rue and take a small walk to this place. Trust me,...

We were located in close proximity to the place so in out 4 day visit we had breakfast 2 times here.

Both times great great service (big thanks guys), amazing coffee and a lot of options for us and kids to eat for fair price 😍.

One thing we didn't appricaited was that second time eggs were served to the kids with peper, which they could not eat without offer from the staff how to solve the situation 🤷‍♂️
