In a word this place was disappointing. In part it was due to not understanding the English translation of the menu. I ordered the salad with cheese and vegetables. It came as a pile of shredded cheese and a few lettuce leaves soaked in dressing. It also had sausages which I had understood that it was meatless. Others had the pike, cordon bleu, vegetable salad, and other moderate dishes. We were a table of 9 and arrived when they opened. I was there in 2006 with my husband, brothers and their families. It was a marvelouse experience. The food was outstanding, the wine superb and the service was genuine, timely and fun. The staff was friendly and service was timely but the food was really disappointing. What they called Burger Alsace was atrocious.
