What a miserable rude hostess, clearly unsuited for the hospitality sector. The complete opposite of a welcoming Italian restaurant.

As a group of three adults and six children the experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons; too much trouble to seat, tables weren’t ready and rudely barked at to go outside, no adaptations for children allowed (plain tomato instead of bolognese sauce too much trouble), insistence on everyone ordering a main dish despite not wishing to eat / needing to manage the children, etc.

Don’t waste your time here, go to Hors Piste pizzeria along the road for a superior...

We visited this restaurant with friends and kids, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The place is quite small, and our table was near the door, which meant constant traffic from people coming in and out for takeaways. This made it cold and uncomfortable.

The biggest issue was the smoke inside the restaurant, likely from the oven. The fumes were overwhelming at times, making it hard to enjoy the meal. While the pizza was good, the overall experience was far from enjoyable due to the smoke, the draft, and the cramped space.

Worst service ever. We made a reservation for 4 people by phone call. When we arrived we were placed at our table. After 20 minutes of being ignored the hostess, she came with the announcement that she didn’t know how we got the reservation and we should leave. After showing her the at what time we called and how long she told us that it was impossible we made a reservation. We were send away and she started laughing at us. Even 1 star is one to many.
