Breughel l'ancien — Restaurant in Toulouse

Very good Bar with good Beer on tap or in bottles, with some of the lowest prices . A nice terrasse in Summer. Public is mixed from 20 To 70 with à lot of locals, nightowls and artistes. Good varied music if you like Alternative Music ( mostly Rock, non mainstream Rap) and sometimes you can ask for your song. Concert days are spécial, crowded but with mostly excellent live musicians and a very cosy and Noisy atmosphère. When crowded it is wise To take Beer in "pichets" , you take some time waiting to be served. Bar personnel is very open and easy To approach but overworked when there are a lot of people, so chill out, speak to the people waiting next to you and you will have a Nice time. Not my favorite place for a night out in Toulouse, for sure - mainly when I'm more of a British/Irish vibe person-, but still an awesome place where to hang out / go for a drink with friends. ^-^ I have so many memories in that tavern: the staff was nice & they also used to play great music.. from the little I can recall, nowadays, as I'm sure I wasn't sober anymore once the night was done -

Le Breughel est un bar que j'affectionne énormément, et malheureusement là à cette occasion c'était vraiment terrible. Nous avons décidé de privatiser 'au milieu c'est fabuleux', en comprenant des formules à 20€. Quand nous sommes arrivés, l'espace n'était absolument pas privatisé et quand j'en ai discuté avec le patron, il me justifie m'avoir appelée (ce n'était pas le cas) ensuite il m'a envoyé un mail (à aucun moment ce n'était spécifié) et puis me dit que puisque j'avais 5 personnes en moins que c'était quand-même évident que l'endroit ne serait pas privatisé. Apparemment je suis patronne d'un bar et je connais toutes ces choses. Le temps pour être servi était extrêmement long, au bout d'un moment j'ai dû moi-même prendre les commandes de mes amis tellement le barman (qui était sensé être que pour nous) était sous l'eau. Le barman nous a payé un pichet de vin et nous avons pu fermer les portes à partir de 23h mais pas avant ce moment-là. En termes de gestes commerciaux, j'ai eu mieux... Et puis en partant, soit disant il restait 8 formules non payées, après concertation des amis il y a quand même 100€ en plus, et là faut trouver d'où ils sortent... Bon, tout ça pour dire, le Breughel c'est un chouette bar mais surtout ne...
