We were told there were many orders (about 3 groups in front of us) and the waiting time would be 30 minutes. But we ended up waiting for 1 hour 35 minutes for our food from the time of ordering. Also we did not get any paper serviettes nor water nor even a straw for the drink. The fluffy pancakes were ok. But definitely not fluffy if i compare them to the ones I eat in Asia. The texture was also not very even. But still glad to be able to eat them here in Toulouse. I still give 3 stars (actually 2.5) because they are new and i think that the staff were trying their best (at least on the day i visited) The cafe is new and so they can use still do alot of improvement especially to the system, seating and waiting. Maybe don't serve the main dishes and the desserts at the same time. In this way we can at least eat our main dishes while waiting for the pancake desserts. Or just don't serve fluffy pancakes as salé dishes. I am not sure if I will visit again. Maybe only if I am the first in line or if the cafe...

The food was cold and in low quantity, but adequately presented for social media pictures.

The service was the worst I’ve seen in a long time. It took 15 min after sitting to get the menu, 45 min after sitting to get water (in the sun at 30+ degrees), then 1h30 to get (uncooked) bacon and a couple eggs, which arrived cold. After confirming that they should not be cold, the personnel put them in the microwave (eggs..) for 30s, which took 15 more minutes and they still arrived cold.

The tables are outside thus the atmosphere is not the coffee’s. There is 0 decoration effort outside by the coffee itself, only blank...

very small space and very noisy 😔 the stairs are horrible 🙈 when going up, was thinking im gonna hurt my forehead… no toilet paper or towel in the toilet…

was thinking all of that gonna be covered by delicious food, cos it looked veryyy good, but sadly everything was too sweet 🥲 pancakes are not really worth the hype.. from drinks only mango lemonade was somewhat okay…

sad for money and time… not going to...
