We were in Toulouse and after a day of shopping there was this graving for a pizza. So we looked for one and found a 5 star rating pizza. That made us curious. Either the rating was ‘fixed’ or the pizza is heaven it turned out to be the last. The pizza is excellent! As was the pasta according to my daughter and for desert, skip the card, it is of the shelve and good but go for homemade tiramisu which is heaven. It really helps that the service is great, the kitchen very very clean and the cook it clearly enjoying making pizzas. My daughter gave them a tip they well deserve! Excellent food with a warm welcome! A small restaurant with a small but excellent menu. The pizza was freshly made in the pizza oven and the salad we had was fresh, crunchy with a tasty dressing plus proper burrata. We are vegetarian and they happily adapted the salad for us. Iris Pizzeria, c’est pour nous la meilleure pizzeria de Toulouse ! Tout y est parfait : les produits sont frais, les saveurs authentiques, et chaque plat est un vrai régal. Bien sûr, les pizzas sont incroyables, mais il ne faut pas passer à côté des pâtes, toujours savoureuses, ni du vin, sélectionné avec soin. On sent vraiment la passion dans tout ce qui est proposé.

Ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus spéciale, c’est l’accueil. David et Bashar sont formidables : toujours attentionnés, souriants et aux petits soins. Que ce soit pour mon copain et moi, ou pour les amis que nous avons emmenés, nous avons toujours été reçus comme si nous faisions partie de la famille.
