Ovyo Hôtel Toulouse — Hotel in Toulouse

I have had the pleasure of staying at Ovyo Hôtel Toulouse now on 3 seperate occassions and each time have been impressed. The quality of the hotel is what you would expect of a 4 star establishment. The rooms are a good size and also include coffee and tea making facilities. Air conditioning is also available in each room. They also have storage for bicycles and accommodate cyclists very well. In the lobby is tea and coffee facilities which can be accessed all day. Homemade cake is also available. The breakfast served each day also hearty.

To me the exceptional service and kindness shown to me from all of the staff have made each stay an absolute pleasure. I wish to extend a warm thank you to Kian, Kaivan, Luca, Yulia and Valentin who each made my stay a memorable one....

I didn't stay there but I kept getting emails from them including a copy of my bill. I decided since I didn't stay there and got a bill 'or a copy of one' I would check out at 3am. I didn't enjoy staying there (even though I really didn't stay there), so I got tired of this fantastical hotel and all its great features so decided to check out early. Next time I (don't) stay here, I hope they write down the correct email address, so I can (not) get a bunch or emails that ask me how my stay was. Thanks for the (non) stay, I certainly will enjoy (not) staying there...

Hotel ben ubicat però amb massa aspectes negatius. No disposa d'un espai davant, si arribes en cotxe, per estacionar uns minuts i baixar les maletes. Consell del recepcionista: pareu al carrer i si venen cotxes, que s'esperin. Varem demanar plaça d'aparcament d'acord amb la informació del hotel que indica en tenen. No és així. Tenen un acord amb un pàrquing privat que està a 2,7 quilòmetres del hotel amb cotxe i a 10 minuts caminant, comprovat a Google Maps. El recepcionista ens va indicar un número de plaça. A l'arribar estava ocupada. Truque'm al hotel i la resposta del recepcionista és, "si ens han ocupat la nostra plaça, deixeu el cotxe a qualsevol plaça que estigui lliure". Mostrant la nostra contrarietat, ell va insistir. Per prudència vàrem posar un paper al parabrisa amb el nom i telèfon del hotel. 10 minuts de caminada i a l'arribar al hotel i comentar-ho, resulta que la plaça era una altre. S'havia equivocat de número. Recepcionista diu que no passa res. Evidentment, tornem al pàrquing caminant (10 minuts més) per canviar el cotxe a la plaça correcte i ja ens estava esperant el propietari, que no podia aparcar, i li varem demanar disculpes. Tornem al hotel amb 10 minuts més de passeig. Un desastre. Al dia següent, al pagar no ens vàrem facturar l'aparcament. També comentar que la dutxa disposa de molt poca pressió, insuficient de totes totes. I en una de les tauletes de nit, no disposa d'endoll per carregar mòbils i altres aparells. Internet molt lent. Hotel no...
