Le Petit Voisin — Restaurant in Toulouse

So there was this belligerent drunk stumbling around here on a monday night (?) babbling incoherently and the bar kept serving him. He came to my table mumbling some nonsense and refused to leave. He smelled foul like vaginal flatus and could barely keep his eyes open. He went on and on in no particular language gesticulating and drooling until he finally knocked my beer off the table shattering the glass on the floor.

The servers quickly came to clean up the mess, but failed to reprimand him in any way. I even told the waitress specifically what he did and she just laughed and said "he's had too much".

The owner and his servers were smiling and obviously friendly with him and made no attempt to eject him from the bar. They are wrecklessly overserving their customers and letting them harrass other guests, very unprofessional and dangerous.

Besides that the music was loud and disconnected, the playlist featured a lot of outdated "hits" by pitbull and odd remixes of "despacito"

And they won't serve food after 10pm even something simple like a manchego tapa which is listed on the menu and requires very little preperation. Very odd to feature cold "tapas" on a menu that stops service so early.

Zero stars, inept management, careless servers, no safety measures or...

Récemment, j’ai aménagé en face du bar, j’ai donc eu envie de tester. Résultat, très déçu…Premièrement, le bruit est insupportable, malgré les messages sur les murs demandant de diminuer le volume passé 22h, impossible de dormir avant la fermeture des lieux…Sans parler des goûts musicaux très discutables que j’entends dès l’ouvrage, jusqu’à 2h du matin. Lors de mon passage, un serveur mal luné m’a limite mis dehors dès que mon verre était finis. Je n’ai même pas eu le temps de le reposer sur la table qu’il fallait déjà que je parle si je ne voulais pas un autre verre…C’est l’usine. Si vous cherchez un bar avec des serveurs et non des gardiens de prison, avec une ambiance respirable, marchez quelques mètres...

You come with 4 friends, you consume 2 rounds of drinks, but as the fifth at the table, you are not offered a chair:" No, just 4 per table".. 2 chairs free right at the next table. That is what you call "hospitality"...
