Food is average & service bad. I came in today & was seated very fast, which was great. They also have a great deal with having a starter (the raviole & duck is great) BUT, I was very surprised at the service we received from a man with tattoos. He was very cold & somewhat rude, as compared to the other staff members who seemed very lovely & warm. He looked annoyed at the fact we even ordered anything , right off the bat. And avoided any eye contact at all. I noticed that his service was up and down, being the same to some customers & accomodating for others. So I was automatically very put off. I ordered a steak fillet with blue cheese & fries. Which was cooked perfectly but went cold very fast. I will give them the benefit of the doubt with this though because of how well it was cooked. The portions are very large. However , my father ordered a Monsieur entrecôte / ribeye. And he couldn’t swallow/chew any of the steak. He had only about 3 bites of actual meat. After trying it I agreed it was the same and after I did some research I learned that this steak is not meant to be like that. It was full of gristle & fat. And I saw that the people next to us were also complaining to eachother about the steak. After we brought it up to the same man I mentioned earlier. We were met with a stern expression & he said that that’s how all of the entrecôte steaks are, and that it’s just the cut it is. And then walked off. I had an entrecôte steak from another place down the road, L’entrecote , and it was nothing like that. That too went cold very very fast. I would understand if it was simply just our cut of meat specifically. But a sorry or any kind of offer would have been nice. The Daupinouse potato’s were amazing but again went cold very fast. Our food came out fast but again it must be because they do not cook it for long. The same with my fries. Overall, the food is good but only if you want to order an average overpriced meal at night. And if you want to have a basic cut of steak.
Very surprised at the amount of good reviews for this place. & Shocked at the service of that man in...

Read moreIf you're a true meat lover, "Meet the Meat" is an absolute must-visit. Our recent dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. We indulged in the largest entrecôtes available, and they were a testament to the restaurant's dedication to quality. Perfectly cooked to our preference, the steaks were incredibly tasty and tender, melting effortlessly with every bite.
What truly elevated the meal was their unbeatable green pepper sauce. Rich, flavorful, and with just the right kick, it perfectly complemented the succulent meat, enhancing its natural flavors without overpowering them.
The ambiance was welcoming, and the service impeccable, rounding off a perfect dining experience. If you're looking to savor top-tier steaks with a sauce that will leave you craving more, "Meet the Meat" is the place to be.
Highly recommended for all steak...
