Au Petit Train Touristique de Toulouse — Attraction in Toulouse

This place discriminates against American families. My family of five tried two different times to board this train. The first time, we got on the train, but they would only take cash. This fact is not posted anywhere, so we had to get off the train and find a place to get more euros because weirdly it is the only place in town that does not take a credit card. Then, we spent the hour mowing around waiting for the next train. We got there 10 minutes before the train departed and they told us they had no more space. Meanwhile, they loaded people that were in groups of two or three, but they would not let our family get on the train. So we had wasted another hour of our time because of these people. They did not care, and they were rude about it, and they obviously hate Americans. What a waste of time and what terrible customer service, and I hope the city of Toulouse recognizes that they are leaving a bad taste of the city...

Fast way to see the city. There are 2 circuits to take: the Garonne and The Canal du midi. I like that there are many audio language choices for foreigners to listen to. The reason I only give 3 stars because the day we took the train, the young man who collected tickets came quite late. The passengers were already full and ready to go well before 10:30 am. The train took off at 10:50 am which was 20 minute late. So, we spent too much time for the train activity if counting the advanced waiting time that we need to get there 20-30 mins (first come first served - no advanced booking.) We bought the Toulouse tourist pass and got €2 discount each from €8...
