If you want to experience a nice new sensation of having the fish so fresh that it would melt in the mouth, this is the place to go! Cliente fidèle depuis plusieurs mois, je suis extrêmement déçue par le manque total de professionnalisme et d’empathie dont vous avez fait preuve hier soir (30/10/25). J’ai passé une commande de 52€, mais à cause d’une erreur du livreur (il m'a transmis la mauvaise commande d'un autre restaurant) je n'ai pas pû manger après 1h30 d'attente. N'arrivant pas à joindre le livreur j'appelle le restau et au lieu de chercher une solution, vous vous êtes contentés de lui rejeter la faute sans jamais prendre en compte mon problème, ni même présenter la moindre excuse ou ne serait-ce simplement faire preuve d'empathie. Malgré cela, nous avons choisi de vous refaire confiance et de recommander car nous avions toujours pas mangé ( l'autre commande reçue était individuelle et ne correspondait pas malheureusement à notre régime alimentaire).. et cette fois, la qualité était tout simplement MÉDIOCRE. Les rolls étaient MINUSCULES, se défaisaient à la moindre manipulation et le wasabi quasiment inexistant ( chose jamais arrivée auparavant). On a vraiment eu l’impression que cette commande bâclée était une sorte de vengeance parce que nous avions osé déranger en appelant deux fois pour signaler le souci (évidemment en étant resté poli et courtois malgré la situation, là où d'autres auraient peut-être vrillés!). C’est déplorable et indigne d’un restaurant auquel nous étions pourtant fidèles. Une énorme déception, tant sur la gestion du pb que sur la qualité. Aucun geste n'a été fait et au contraire on s'est retrouvé à payer au total 106€ pour 3 rolls qui, à la fin étaient littéralement PAS BONS. Vous avez perdu une cliente fidèle, nous avions des proches qui y allaient et croyez nous cette expérience...
