My Fluffy Toulouse — Local services in Toulouse

The drinks are too sweet (and this is coming from someone who loves sweet stuff), as well as the milk-coffee proportion being unbalanced in the latte. The pancakes are decent, definitely not comparable with those in Asia, let alone Japan, but i guess they will be good if it is your first time trying. Also very small portions for the price. Decoration 100% though, very instagrammable. Service was not the best but everything in their defense, probably still working it out as it was their first week of opening. Maybe give table numbers instead of asking for a name? It's not somewhere I would return very soon but hopefully in a few months and I can add more stars...

I was walking with my son to get bubble tea from the shop next door when this cute little restaurant caught my eye. I got curious and scanned the QR code on the window. As we walked in, we saw fluffy pancakes being served, and I just had to try them!

We ordered the “Au Pays des Fraises” and it was super yummy! The presentation was really nice too. We also got a matcha bubble tea, but sadly it wasn’t great—kind of a waste of money. I expected better since the place has a Japanese vibe.

The first time I visited, I had a really good experience. The food was really good, including the service. But when I revisited the place today, the service was terrible. We waited one hour for our food which was cold! When we went to ask why it was taking so long. They said because your order is bigger we served other people first so that they don't have to wait. :(

You can see them cook live, and as a 'pancake restaurant ' they had one single pan for the whole restaurnt. So expect to wait at least 30 minutes just for pancakes when...
