KFC Troyes CV — Restaurant in Troyes

The bad KFC in Troyes. The other restaurant, little out of the center is much nicer, cleaner and with better staff.

The main problem with this restaurant is the staff in my opinion. We always have our orders messed up. And i mean always. You order Kentucky fries without bacon, it comes without cheese and only bacon. You return it, they put only onion on it and not cheese. It's embarrassing to return a pack of fries 3 times because they can't get it right. Last time we went they had at least 4 people to do nothing behind the counter, playing finger drums in the counter, talking to each other, looking high and bored and fidgeting with our drink while the restaurant upstairs looked dirty beyond description. Chicken bones in the ground, kid table nasty, cockroaches(or whatever that insects were i took photo of). Also take a look at the Kentucky fries having near half the container filled with hard as rock normal fries. Shame. Very bad vibe and it just feels nasty. Same for take away. We did do take away on our way to a train station and when in the train we found out there's bacon in all our meals which we specifically said we don't want. They also regularly forget the sauces. Pathetic. The only saving grace is that the chicken is good. The veggie chicken patty is the best fake chicken in France so we sometimes come over but we will rather drive a bit for the other Troyes KFC branch with much nicer staff and...

Première fois dans ce restaurant, arrivée vers 14h un mercredi, service plutôt rapide, par contre certaines bornes de commande ne fonctionnent pas correctement donc obligée de recommencer plusieurs fois, les wings étaient bonnes en revanche les tenders étaient trop fines et sèches. Peu de monde (3 tables) et pourtant toutes les tables étaient encore sales, nous avons dû nettoyer la notre avec nos propres mouchoirs donc pas terrible et 1 seule serviette de donnée pour 2 personnes ce n'est pas suffisant. Je précise que tout le temps que l'on a passé dans le restaurant nous n'avons vu personne venir nettoyer les tables donc lorsque nous sommes reparties tout était encore sale mais nous avons pris le soin de passer un coup de mouchoir sur la nôtre après avoir débarrassé. 2 cobettes de commandées et une étaient gorgée d'eau, ça giclait de partout, en plus c'est compliqué à manger avec un seul pique en bois, du coup j'ai pris le pique de ma fille pour manger la mienne et ensuite ma fille a pris le mien pour la sienne, soit chacune notre tour, ce qui nous a fait perdre un peu de temps.
