Au Bureau - Pub et Brasserie — Restaurant in Versailles

Bland food, bad service. The waiter kept hitting on my sister and ignored me and the rest of the table. The "spicy burger" had nothing spicy about it, with the cocktail I got being much spicier than it by a mile. The fries aren't anything special, and the Tiramisu with Carambar was one of the blandest desserts I've ever eaten. Might as well just buy it off the supermarket. They gave us 3 pots of barbecue sauce. Do you actually believe I want only barbecue sauce, buddy? The "cowboy hat" guy is a disgusting annoying Brazilian who'll argue with you if you're a Brazilian yourself, because apparently he's jealous of other Brazilians and having to serve them hahahaha, no wonder you work at a restaurant in the middle of nowhere. I came here before and knew it was bad. My family wanted to come here again, and it's still exactly the same. No wonder all good restaurants are only in Paris. Maybe start making poutines, since it's almost impossible to...

It is really not in my habits to give 1-star review. But this time I honestly cannot give better. The server was disrespectful, many dishes brought were not even ordered, the food was okay but not what you would except for such a high price. In the end we left when half of the desserts were served. A pity considering that it was my sister's birthday, for whom we asked for a special gesture (which, surprise ... Never came). Would really not recommend this place, although the other restaurants Au Bureau are...

Nous sommes allés au Pub Le Bureau de Plaisir quelques jours après l'ouverture. Nous avons commandé des cocktails et des plats à partager. Après une très très longue attente nous avons été enfin servis mais ce n'était pas ce que nous avions commandé. Nous avons été compréhensifs car lors d'une ouverture il faut du temps pour s'organiser jusque là aucun problème. Le mois dernier nous y sommes retournés un dimanche midi nous avons indiqué que nous souhaitions boire un verre et déjeuner on nous a apporté la carte et on nous a parfaitement ignorer pendant 30 minutes. Nous sommes partis et ça n'a interrogé aucun serveur... Là aussi nous avons été compréhensifs la salle était pleine peut-être manquaient-ils de personnel ? Nous y sommes retournés cet après midi il n'y avait pas grand monde en salle et beaucoup de serveurs nous nous sommes dits cette fois, c'est la bonne 😅. On nous installe, on nous donne la carte et là rebelotte on nous ignore totalement pendant 30 minutes. Cette fois les serveurs avaient le temps d'esquisser des petits pas de danse devant le bar... Ils ne semblaient pas débordés. Nous nous sommes levés, nous sommes partis et là non plus aucun membre du personnel ne nous a demandé la raison de notre départ. Nous sommes finalement allés à l'hippopotamus de Plaisir c'était formidable déco soignée, serveuse charmante, nourriture excellente.
