The Buvette du Dauphin — Restaurant in Versailles

Hello there!

The day I went to the palace was raining and really cold, because of it, I have choosen to eat where it was available, but this establishment, when I got there, didn't have anywhere to sit or eat (all tables and chairs were moved so you couldn't use it, because they where in the rain), and because I walked 10km inside the palace, I moved the chair so I could sit and eat without it being wet.

So while I was eating my food, a woman (I think the manager because she was giving commands to the cashier loudly) came in and just pick up the table and chair where I was sitting and put it back with me in to the rain, and that was so unbelievable and rude, that made me write this review.

If you have an establishment and is outdoor with a raining environment, and you choose to let your customers outside the roof and in the rain, because of some madness of yours, you shouldn't have customers at all.

Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT EAT HERE. It's EXPENSIVE and created my WORST EXPERIENCE in...

Nice place to grab a snack. It is very well shaded which was much appreciated it 40+ degree temperatures! The ice cream you can buy from the machine didn't look like regular ice cream. My kids turned their nose up a bit at the chocolate flavour. It's not a milky ice cream. I had to go back and buy a Cornetto for my son, but I didn't mind as I ate the leftover one! Surprisingly good food and service. We got the fish and chips, burger and Brie baguettes. This place is way better than some big name Paris restaurants we ate at.
