Tahiti Plage — Restaurant in Vichy

6th of Sep 2021: Still a great place. They’ve expanded, and also created a space for children to play, and have large screens for sports. Their tomato salad with buffalo mozzarella is amazing. I had the fresh OJ. They also have a good selection of non-alcoholic cocktails too.

3 years ago: This outdoor bar/cafe/restaurant is a great place to grab a quick bite for lunch, meet a friend for a drink, or have a coffee and look out over the river. I saw this as one of the few places that were on the riverbank and decided to go. The atmosphere is great and has a beautiful Lively ambiance. The bar is separate from the restaurant and the restaurant requires réservations. The bar staff is great but the waitress was quite rude (giving the snooty reputation the French have an example in all that glory). It's a nice place to go once to get out of your system but I will not be a returning customer and I do not recommend this place, there are better on...

This place is right next to the river in Vichy. The servers were all really nice and helped us when we struggled with our rudimentary French. The food was delicious. I had a salad with tomatoes, burrata and lettuce. The tomatoes were nice and cold and the whole dish was really refreshing. I had lemonade and tap water.
