Manager (Natia) not only has no idea of the hospitality sector, but she herself creates problems out of regular situations to happen in a restaurant, instead of resolving easy situations, she herself learning and/or teaching/ackowledging new waiters under her management.

• She sit us on a table and a waiter that seemed new came to take us the note.
• We ordered some food and wine by the glass and I did mention to the waiter a glass of a Kisi wine they have by the glass, but mentioned back and noted down a different name of what I told him. -The glass of wine comes already poured to the table and doesn't smell, doesn't look like the Kisi wines I'm accostumed to have; in fact it smells and looks like a Pinot Grigrio they have on menu that I already tried before here. -Under reasonable doubts I ask politely the waiter if he could bring the bottle from he poured the wine to the table, so I can check if it's the same wine. -Waiter brings an unopened/uncorked bottle and, in top of that, the bottle is absolutely dark and opaque, so I cannot even see the color of the wine inside. -I explain to him that I wanted to check the opened bottle from which he poured the wine, to check if it's the same wine I ordered and that the most common thing to do is to pour a little bit of wine on an empty glass to be able to see color and smell. -He seemed to consider that an issue and leaves table with no word and after leaving, the manager comes to our table without previous announcement of the waiter, she notably altered. -I let her know the same I tried to let her waiter know about the wine: I have reasonable doubts to think the wine poured in my glass it's a different one than the Kisi (probably a Pinot Grigrio), because the waiter mentioned when noting a different name of wine, and I would like to get out of doubts before start drinking the glass. -She tries to argue with me non sense about Pinot Grigrio being as good as the Kisi and I let her know that what I want and ordered is Kisi wine because I like it very much. -She says the waiter to bring the same Kisi-Mtsvane dark and opaque bottle of wine they brought before, but this time they brought the opened one from where they poured the glass (I assume this). -I let them know again that tIf they will be so gentle of pouring a very little bit of that wine on an empty glass, for me to check they're same wine. -She let me know that this is absolutely unacceptable for her/them and that I'm being disrespectful and behaving very unappropriate (excuse me?) -After this behaviour from the manager I tell my girlfriend to go another place because this is gross. -Before leaving I go to the cashier and ask them what exactly I have to pay, since we didn't even have the chance to sip our drinks, nor they served any food from the order. -Manager comes again and while trying to argue with me about wines (she stating that Kisi grapes and wines made from Kisi are NOT tanin or full bodied - you have no idea about your own Georgian wines), then she poures a little bit of wine in a glass, on the counter, for me to finally check the wine. -I tell her that, indeed, the wine are the same, but never tried a Kisi-Mtsvane smelling or looking like a Pinot Grigrio and that she could have solved this issue from the very beginning since pouring wine in the table is a very common and basic thing for service and waiters from restaurants around the world to do. -She told me she had been in plenty of restaurants around Europe and she never seen that (few restaurants you have been at in Europe then, my dear). -She leaves again and comes back telling me I had to pay my full bill. -I let her know that we didn't even touch drinks, nor we were served any food. -She told me kitchen was already preparing it all and I told her to have it for take away and no problem. -I was there waiting for around extra 25 minuts, at least. .Some waiter apologized to me, as I think she understood the manager was absolutely wrong. -I took my food, paid and left for not coming back again.
