Geama Sweets&Pastry Shop
Location & First Impression Geama is a charming café and pastry shop near Chavchavadze Street. It has a cozy indoor space with a stylish interior and a creatively designed outdoor terrace.
Display & Variety The shop windows are full of colorful cakes, pastries, and baked goods. You can also find regular bread and khachapuri. Drinks include coffee, soda, and bottled water.
Atmosphere & Popularity Surprisingly, the place is very busy. Customers come in non-stop, mostly buying cakes and pastries. It’s clearly a local favorite.
My Experience I tried three different pastries and a coffee. The baked goods were dry and seemed like they had been sitting out too long. That was disappointing. However, the coffee - made from a basic machine - was actually quite good.
Price & Value I paid 6.80 GEL for everything. For one coffee and three pastries, that’s a fair price. No complaints there.
Final Thoughts This place is a bit of a paradox: very popular, great coffee, beautiful cakes - but the baked goods I tried didn’t meet expectations. I plan to return and try the pastries next time. Maybe they’ll change my mind and earn an extra star.
⭐ Current Rating: Minus one star for dry baked goods. Everything else...

I proposed buying something more but that was not acceptable either (for some reason). When I was leaving, she apologized and told me that me continuing to have a call could result in her being told off by the management (there was video surveillance).
The only reason this is not a 1-star review is because the staff...
Read moreGreat food and coffee, but the staff attitude leaves much to desire.
Although the place has tables and chairs inside and allows customers to sit and eat, there’s no place to even wash one’s hands before or after eating.
Moreover, it’s frustrating that there IS a bathroom but no customer is allowed to use it.
So just two stars for now. I hope that the management learns their lessons one day and starts treating people who eat in the...
