⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It had been a while since my last visit, and I was delighted to find the music volume turned down, making it so comfortable to relax. The croissants were sold out, but they offered to provide freshly baked ones if I waited about 10 minutes, so I decided to give it a try. The result? Absolutely delicious! The Americano was consistently excellent as always. What a wonderful place! I’ll definitely come back again.

I recently visited a new-style café in Batumi, Georgia. The only downside I noticed right away was the music selection—it felt more like a nightclub playlist, and the volume was a bit loud, which didn’t quite match the chill café atmosphere I was expecting. If they improved this, I’d give it a solid five stars! That aside, I was really impressed with the place. The interior has high ceilings and a spacious, open layout, making it a comfortable spot to relax. I ordered an Americano and a cappuccino, both of which were authentic and delicious! The croissant, in particular, stood out—crisp and flaky, it reminded me of the ones I had in Italy. I also tried the cheesecake, which was good but a bit too sweet for my taste. I’d prefer it with a little less sugar. Free self-service water is a nice touch. The seating consists of bench-style chairs that are super comfortable—the chairs are comfortable too—and the wooden tables are sturdy with no wobbling, perfect for anyone working on a laptop. Looking out the window, you can see greenery, which added to the calm vibe, even on a rainy afternoon. The place was about 40%full when I visited, busy but not overcrowded. The staff were professional and attentive, not at all the laid-back attitude you sometimes see in Georgia, which I appreciated. The fact that it’s pet-friendly is a huge bonus! I’ll definitely be...

There is no need to be so rude to a tourist who does not know that using wifi is not allowed on ipads.

The sign that is placed on the wall does not eventually communicate the message efficiently enough (to me and another person next to me) as it was a sort of pictogram saying laptops are not allowed 💻 📵 in addition ironically enough on the opposite of the wall the total opposite of that message was placed in roman letters saying it was ‘a laptop free zone’; making room for even more confusion.

I, with my tablet, found myself facing a staff within seconds after buying a cup of coffee; he was standing in front of me and another person, yelling in Georgian-English and with that body language of his, I personally felt so offended and dumbfounded…me, repeating what he said to me, with the aim of making things clearer in understanding/deciphering his communication, was not easy for my part. But it was enough for the impatient staff with his not-so-easy-to-understand language, to start yelling at us in the cafe. (?) 😟

So, it made me think 🤔:Understanding him and the sign was a struggle like it was to many others...But eventually it is not about the sign nor about the language: where is that good old Kindness and patience?! especially in the Service sector + touristic places, one should think of this.☹️ it was my first and last visit to this cafe because running a business is not about the products nor decoration. It is about customer experience.

By now, we know its a thing here in Batumi, that using Wifi is not allowed to connect it with personal Laptops. But there is also no need to have such energy in cafes where a tourist feels unwelcome as a result of such an unpleasant attitude by the staff.

I hope this will serve you as a...

As I stepped into RHINO COFFEE, I was immediately greeted by the aroma of freshly baked pastries and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The interior design is sleek and modern, with high ceilings and a comfortable seating area that invites you to linger. Food and Drinks The menu offers a wide range of options, from classic coffee drinks to more unique and creative concoctions. I opted for a cappuccino and a croissant, which were both expertly prepared and delicious. The pastries are baked fresh in-house, and the selection is impressive, with a focus on traditional and modern flavors. The coffee shop has a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. The decor is modern and stylish, with a large wooden counter and plenty of natural light. The music is tasteful and soothing, adding to the overall ambiance. The staff is friendly and attentive, happy to answer any questions or make recommendations. The baristas are knowledgeable and skilled, and the service is prompt and efficient. A large selection of specialty coffee drinks and unique flavor combinations A variety of pastries and baked goods, including gluten-free and vegan options A cozy outdoor seating area with comfortable seating and umbrellas A spacious and stylish interior with high ceilings and natural light A focus on sustainability and eco-friendliness A unique and original playlist that adds to the overall ambiance. RHINO COFFEE is a must-visit for coffee lovers and foodies alike. With its unique blend of high-quality coffee, delicious pastries, and cozy atmosphere, it's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The coffee is small, modest and elegant and its atmosphere is very beautiful, especially in the morning. The employees are cheerful. The menu is varied, whether in breakfast, coffee and even sweets. There are also types of milk. We ordered croissant with delicious eggs and cheese but the eggs are cold. We ordered that it be medium well cooked, but all the orders were well cooked. Also we ordered different types of coffee Cortado Americano and a latte are very good and the taste of coffee is very clear and it came hot as well.. From the dessert menu, I recommend trying a very delicious orange cake, fresh and refreshing as well. In general, I recommend trying the place, I'm sure it will like everyone.

Not someone who really leaves a review however, this cafe is really worth it! The food, coffee and tea are superb with reasonable prices (cheesecake and choux are the bomb!), and the vibe is just something else. I liked that you don't feel rushed and that the energy, especially of the long- haired blonde lady by the counter (sorry wasn't able to get your name, I am kinda shy) is exceptional. She's very warm and friendly, always greet you with a smile and say goodbye too (trust me, been to a lot of cafes here in Batumi and ddnt get that a lot). The other staffs are gentle mannered too! Thank you for making my brunches in this short trip, tasty and memorable! ❤️
