We went to McDonald's. We ordered an Iced Cappuccino. It took about 20 minutes to make the order; the order was placed automatically through the terminal. The order number was 005, and it was placed at 16:59. After I reminded the managers about the order, it was ready in 1 minute. This means the order was simply skipped.

Then, our coffee was spilled at the counter - I saw it with my own eyes. After that, they placed it on the counter and offered us to take it. I told them I had seen it and asked for a coffee replacement. They started to answer that they hadn't spilled any coffee... This is terrible! A brazen lie; it was done right in front of me. After that, they took the receipt and went to make a new one. But they poured even less coffee into the cup than there was before. This is mockery.

I suggest you look into the behavior of the staff and the employee who lied and took the receipt. The date of the visit was September 13, 2025. We went to this restaurant expecting a nice view and a nice dinner but we ended up waiting for too long which is to be expected since this is a big popular restaurant but the wait and the lines were too long, we went upstairs to sit in the nature area but it was filled with smokers and it caused us to have sore throats, coughing, and overall a bad experience. The restaurant is completely filled with people so you cant really go to a place without smokers+ inside its cold and crowded. When we got our meals we didnt get any trays with them and 2 of our meals were missing and we didnt get the right ones in the end. It also seems that no one there really understands english too well which im not too mad about but like i expect some knowledge of english.
