pros: crusty Acharuli kharapuri large chicken barbeque

cons: the lamb barbeque was so hard as to be bnearly impossible to chew it was served with a liberal portion of fresh cut onions as if they really think anyone likes to eot that i don’t like the sweet sauce on the chicken khachapuri the tomato soup was mediocre, the portion was small, the rusks were bland the garlic bread is tiny for this price, and it was simple supermarket variety the pickles served with lobio are dry and unvaried huge prices. the same dishes are cooked better in different places this restaurant is regularly haunted by some not very pleasant people to be in one room with

overall, i think that this place is hugely overpriced. consider Ninia’s Garden in the nearby or 2 Tona in Glovo if you want to have an actually...

Their khinkali is delicious but somehow sticky. It could be for that day, but the stickiness threw me off. I had to use a fork to avoid it sticking to my fingers.

One beef khinkali costs about 2.10, which is higher than other places I have visited.

Their Khinkali is big and filling. I almost tapped out after 3.

They have vegetarian and beef options if you do not like pork.

Their service wasn't that bad but could have been better. Our waiter was prompt in opening our drinks, and although I didn't see him again, another friendly waitress promptly attended to me. We had a pleasant conversation, which made us feel valued as customers.

The atmosphere is lovely, and just a short distance from the Marjan metro.

I did tip, but I was confused about the tipping because we had about three different waiters...

I've visited quite a few restaurants in Tbilisi, both tourist traps and truly local places, and this one is among my favs. The food is amazing, the service is friendly and professional, and the decor is a nice retelling of 1920 Art Deco motifs. We enjoyed every dish we've ordered, and the bill was pretty reasonable. I have to compliment the grill master(s) separately. It takes a sure hand to make a moist chicken breast on a spit, and their chicken mtsvadi was so juicy and perfectly seasoned... Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a good food and a good wine! They even have several western staples (like pizza and pasta) fow less...
