This is our first time in Georgia and the hotel helped alleviate some of the issues we had during our trip. Although there were limited number of staff to help out during the course of the day (Housekeeping only until 9pm), and some other issues that was nitpicked, overall stay and comfort were points to be celebrated. ||The room was spacious and temperature control was spot on. TV was huge and free movies were there to be watched. Overall cleanliness and Housekeeping during the day was commendable. The tub was spot on and had this luxurious feeling to it. The view was something that came out of a novel book. and the bed and pillows were something that they should advertise more, it was very comfortable!||amenities also, for the price point were also very good. swimming pool is very nice with temperature set on a constant 27 degrees. Gym was quite small but everything a person needs for their usual workout is there. Sauna and spa is very well maintained as well. and the lobby and reception lounges felt like I was in a 5 star hotel, with a very low ceiling height. ||Breakfast was something that they need to improve I might say. selection, for a contintental breakfast was very very limited, to the point that on our 3rd day, we just didn't eat anything other than egg since it has been very redundant. the choices as well was not that good (2 out of the 8 mains were both egg based). nevertheless, shoutout to all the front of the house staff as they were very accommodating and always there to help us out. ||Overall, our stay was very pleasant and my family really enjoyed it. We have been blown away by Georgia with some hiccups here and there but will definitely be back and will never look for any other...

Read moreBest hotel in Tbilisi👏 We loved our stay here! You will not regret to stay here. If you are debating whether you want to stay here or another place - pick Marjan. We have stayed at many 4 and 5 stars hotels around the world and by far this is in my top 10 best experience. The value is incredible.
Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! If you get the chance, then have a talk with Sally in the spa - she is such a gem! ❤️ Never have I meet a more genuine person. She pretty much told everything we needed to know about Tbilisi, where to go, what to see, food to eat and everything in between 👏 So your first stop in Tbilisi, should be to go see Sally in Marjan.
Oh and by the way: Hands down the best cleaning staff in the world. We have never experienced in any other hotel to come back to our room and fell like they did a deep clean of everything. Very satisfied.
The breakfast buffet has eggs in all kinds of different ways, different meat and cheese, olives, fruit, yoghurt, soup, rice, vegetables, bagels, donuts, cake, delicious croissants, good coffee and tea selection.
The beds are comfortable. Not extremely soft, but just right amount of soft. Luckily not rock hard as other hotels. Also a reason we kept extending our stay here.
Bonus info: this is the first hotel we have stayed at where the sauna can actually get very hot. Like 120 degree if you want 🔥👏
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone...
