New Tiflis — Hotel in Tbilisi

الفندق اكثر من رائع، يفوق التوقعات، لأكثر من ثلاث سنوات متتالية، لا اسكن في تبليسي سوى في هذا الفندق .. اسعارهم جداً جميلة مقارنة بالفنادق الاخرى الاقل مستوى، يستاهل ٥ نجوم. نظافة، فخامة، وقريب من كل شيء، وتعاملهم جداً رائع. ❤️ أوصي بشدة.

I really consider this hotel (New Tiflis Hotel) as my home in Tbilis, GE 🇬🇪❤️🤍. You have to meet Temo, the manager, he is so friendly; supporting, helping, giving hands as well considering you as a family member. Also, all the stuff is so polite and friendly. They are dealing with smile and welcoming you as one of them 🤍. Thanks a lot for Nike, Liza, Slome, Elena, Ani, and the Champion Irakli. I love them so much.

I won’t consider any place like home in Tbilisi EXCEPT New Tiflis Hotel.

It is so awesome, cozy, and extremely safe and nice place to spend days in.

It close to everything, walking to: -Marjanishvili Metro Station 2 mins. -Markets more than 3 of them in 1 min. -Pharmacies 2 mins. -Cafes on both sides like Gloria Cafe and Dunkin Donuts on Right, and Arab Cafes of left. -Arab street 4 mins -Restaurants on both sides, Arabic, Indian, Georgian and Italian -McDonald’s 2 mins -Spa and Saloons all around. -Massage centers also are all around. -Mobile phones and accessories 3 mins -Magti 6 mins on right side.

I have considered this hotel as the best 4 stars hotel in Tbilisi. The rooms are so spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rooms have great views and the sun light makes them more beautiful. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel New Tbilisi, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's location is simply fantastic - nestled in the heart of Tbilisi, within walking distance to all major attractions.

But what truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail in the rooms. As an Indian traveler, I was thrilled to find a jet spray/bidet in the bathroom - a feature that's often lacking in European hotels. It's clear that the hotel has taken into consideration the needs of international travelers, particularly Indians, who value this essential amenity.

The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes.

Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel New Tbilisi to anyone traveling to Tbilisi. Its unbeatable location, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service make it a true gem in the city.

Special mention: To the hotel management, thank you for understanding the needs of Indian travelers and providing the jet spray/bidet facility. It's a small touch that makes a huge difference!

Arrogant and careless attitude of front office so called Manager ‘ ANA’

Staff in hotel is so horrible. They don’t care at all if you are facing a problem. I stayed there for 4 nights. All the time air conditioning was not proper at all. After repeated complaints, there was little improvement but the way it was deal, never seen the hotel industry. The so called front office manager ( who does not understand the meaning of word manager), ANA, is so rude and heartless. Never bothered to make us comfortable in any way despite so many issues. Just kept on saying that it is not hotel problem. The air conditioning company is responsible for this. When I told her that I have not paid to air conditioning company and I don’t know them. I have to deal with you only. Still she kept blaming air conditioning company rather than thinking of some alternatives. Also not sure upto WHAT extent she invaded privacy if the guest!!! She made video of my room, when I was not there. Don’t know what she was upto. Never heard and could imagine a hotel manager can do this!!!
