Some Chinese travelers recommended your restaurant to us and we ate here on 11th ,the experience was good. So we decided to come here again on the 13th ,Feb to celebrate Chinese new year which finally turned into an nightmare for us because of your waitressâs mistake and the managerâs super bad attitude. A young waiter who was very warm to helped us to order food and did screenshot what we ordered. When we about to pay the bill, 3 Trout Fried On Brazier turned up on the bill which we didnât ordered and costed 42Gel. We even didnât know what it is . One of our friends who had dinner with us actually cant eat food which contain some kind of meat.
The whole dinner time nobody came to remind us we ate food which we didnât order. The manager knew the waitress gave us food wrongly and explained the restaurant have less staff so mistakes always happened. The waitress also said such kind of mistake is normal. Their attitude says that making mistakes in your restaurant is an everyday thing and they couldnât be bothered about it. We wanted to contact the owner of the restaurant, the manager didnât want to tell us and said he is the boss here. He kept arguing and fighting with us and insisted âYou ate so u have to pay.If u donât pay ,I will call the policeâ.
Finally we paid for your staffâs mistake. If most of staff have this attitude, means they can make mistakes every day and the customers have to pay for their frequent mistakes rather than the careless staff should be responsible. Maybe they could also do it intentionally to trap foreigners and make a higher price bill just because sometimes it is a little bit difficult for foreigners to tell the difference of varieties of food. If someone is allergic to some food, then who should be responsible for it?
The waitress came to our table many times and didnât tell us she gave wrong food to us even though she already found out. she should be responsible for this extra cost and the manager should have apologised to us but unfortunately none of this was dealt with. Also havent gotten any response back from the owner either despite addressing the complaint. Overall bad...

I came here a few times in summer 2017 and I liked the food and the staff very much. There may have been a change in management this year. The food is still good.
However the atmosphere is not quite the same. I saw a waiter arguing with two other tables when their bill came (first two German women, then one Georgian couple). When it came for me to pay, he suddenly lost the ability to speak English or Russian. He signed to me using gestures they were closing (it's a 24 hour café) and then that I couldn't pay by card. But I'd seen others paying by card five minutes before. The bill he handed me was 44GEL, which I thought was more than I'd ordered and probably for another table. I asked for an itemised bill, also in gestures, and went to the till so they couldn't ignore me. It miraculously reduced to 29GEL.
I don't know if they were trying to pull a fast one, or if it was a genuine mistake, but I won't be going back. I advise other travellers to be careful, or use another restaurant e.g. Machakhela Café over on...

I went to this restaurant yesterday with my family while on vacation in Georgia (we came from Italy). Unfortunately, the experience was terrible.
First of all, there was no air conditioning, and when we asked them to turn it on, they refused. It was the middle of August, very hot, and we felt like sitting in a sauna.
The service was also awful. Most of the waiters were on their phones and didnât pay attention at all. We had to call out loudly and raise our hands many times, but they just ignored us. Only one girl was actually working and trying her best, but she was overwhelmed because she was basically running the whole place alone.
The food was also disappointing. The Georgian meat dish Mtsvadi was extremely salty, far too salty to enjoy. The Khinkali was way too spicy hot inside, unbearably spicy, and also very hot in temperature. The combination of heat and spiciness made it impossible to eat, especially in such a hot restaurant.
Overall, the service and food completely ruined the experience. Sadly, we cannot...
