Very disappointing and definitely NOT a 4 star hotel! I don't know who rated this place but I think they rated themselves. We had 2 stays at this hotel (4 nights in total). The first room was small, the bathroom nice and spacious but the shower was small. The king beds do not have king duvets on - the duvet is literally the size of the top of the mattress. You do realise that if you have a king mattress, you need to put a super king duvet on????? There is not fitted sheet on - only a flat sheet. The duvet cover had holes in.
The towels definitely reached their lifetime as they have discoloured.
There is no mirror in the room itself which boggels my mind! There are plenty of plug points but no mirrors in the room. There is more than enough space in the room for a mirror and you definitely need a full length one at least!
The staff: VERY UNFRIENDLY. Georgians in general aren't the friendliest people but you do find friendly ones and if you work in the hospitality industry, it's only common sense that you have to be friendly! At breakfast, I had no idea where the coffee was or how to get coffee. There was an urn for hot water and tea bags. I went around the counter to check if the other urn was maybe coffee but it was also only water. The lady cleaning the area came rushing to me telling me I am not allowed to be there at all. I asked her where the coffee was, she pointed at something on the counter and again went on that I may not be there. She then fetched a barrier to close it off - I mean really??? What do you think I am going to do back there? Steal your tap or bin???? Such a shitshow! Eventually, I saw that the coffee was in a bowl and it was loose coffee grounds... not proper coffee at all. And this at a supposed '4 star hotel' - shitshow again! How can a 'hotel' not have a coffee machine??? Even if I had to make my own coffee by a push of a button, that's fine but don't give me coffee grounds from a Jacobs sachet!
The breakfast wasn't great either. On their website they mention 'crispy bacon' - pffft. There was no sign of bacon! We had 4 mornings here and not one morning was there bacon, only 3 different cold meats.
Their website really means nothing as they are just lying. They talk about 24/7 room service but there is no menu to order anything so I think their room service means something completely different!
In the rooms, there is no milk... so how the hell should I drink my coffee? There is a small fridge but no milk. The one day after we walked for a very long time, we came back and I asked the receptionist for some milk for my coffee. She looked at me very confused and said I must ask the lady around the corner. This is the very arrogant and rude lady that went on about me going behind the counter. I went to her and asked her for milk. She looked at me very upset that I just disturbed her and said 'no, finished' - that is literally it! I looked at her in shock as it is impossible for a hotel to be out of milk at 12:30pm in the afternoon, especially claiming to have 24/7 room service. Now this completely ruined everything for me. Their entire demeanour and lack of wanting to help. You do realise we (the people staying at your hotel) are the ones that pay your salary? If it's not for us, you won't have shit! So either get your shit together or close this dump as you are only getting bad...

Title: Honest Review After a 3-Night Stay – Good Location but Lacking Professionalism
My spouse and I stayed at Brosse Garden Hotel for three nights, and I’d like to give an honest review so other travelers can make an informed decision.
We arrived at 11 PM, and although our room was ready, I was disappointed to find that the hotel had ignored my request for a king bed, despite booking 10 days in advance and clearly mentioning this preference. Instead, we were given a twin room where the beds were pushed together—definitely not what we expected for a couple celebrating their anniversary.
One day before arrival, I sent a follow-up email to reconfirm the bed arrangement, but received no response. When I brought it up at check-in, the receptionist said “I don’t receive those emails”. Shockingly, no one replied to that email at all—even by the time we checked out. This reflects poor communication and a serious lack of management follow-up.
On the positive side: • The room was clean, and the beds, although twin, were comfortable. • Window insulation was decent, blocking out most noise. • The AC system was powerful and centrally controlled—not a wall unit. • The room included a kettle, but no tea or coffee, and the fridge was empty. • For our anniversary, the hotel gave us two Coca-Colas and a plate of fruit, which was a kind gesture and much appreciated.
However, room service was poorly handled. When housekeeping arrived, we were asked to step out for cleaning, but they finished in just 2 minutes. Upon returning, we saw that: • The floor was still dirty. • Glasses and cups were not replaced, just rinsed with water in the bathroom (no soap). • In the bathroom, only the towels were replaced—no cleaning or restocking was done. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.
As for breakfast, it was included in our booking, but it offered only very basic options—nothing special. We tried it on the first day and skipped it on the next two.
Location-wise, the hotel is great. It’s about 15 minutes on foot to Freedom Square, and taxis cost 5–10 GEL to get to most attractions. That’s one of the best aspects of staying here.
Conclusion: Overall, I would rate our experience as a 7 out of 10. The hotel is decent for its location and might be better than many others nearby in terms of cleanliness and comfort, but for the $100 per night we paid, I believe we could have found a more professionally managed hotel in the same price range. With better attention to guest communication, housekeeping standards, and breakfast quality, this hotel has potential—but it’s...
Read more!! If you are looking for a place with broken air conditioning, insufficient shower, unventilated toilet, stale breakfast and where you cannot even drink real coffee for breakfast, I recommend this hotel to you. We definitely welcome you to this hotel, especially for the indifferent and rude staff (!)
Based on the reviews on Booking.com, we believed we chose a good place and booked this hotel with our friends. However, problems started immediately upon our arrival. Despite having reserved our rooms one day in advance, it was ridiculous that we faced such issues. Then, we were told there was a heating issue in the rooms and that they would fix it in the morning, which is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to have four stars. Additionally, the ventilation in the bathroom was seriously poor, and the shower provided was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever had. When I went down for breakfast and saw the instant coffee being served, it was enough to show the lack of quality in what we were about to eat. The breakfast consisted of extremely low-quality, stacked-up items. The towel they give you in the shower is literally dead because I think it has lost all its texture. They must have been using the same towels since opening, otherwise nothing else could explain this condition of the towels and it clearly shows the lack of hygiene of the items in the room. Apart from the location, do not trust the positive reviews about this hotel, as it is clear that they are fake. The only good thing about the hotel is its location, but even that doesn’t justify this awful experience, especially when there are plenty of better...
